In addition to the following Terms of Service for using this system, please note that there are Membership Policies & Guidelines that must be adopted to remain a member in good standing with IDRN.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the IDRN Global online community website (the “Website”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Website.
2. Use of the IDRN Membership Website
a. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Website. By using the Website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
b. User Conduct: You agree to use the Website in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. You will not use the Website for any illegal, harmful, or offensive purposes.
c. User Content: You are solely responsible for any content that you post, upload, or otherwise make available on the Website (“User Content”). You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to your User Content and that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights.
d. Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any of the following activities on the Website:
* Harassing, threatening, or harming others.
* Posting or transmitting any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or otherwise objectionable.
* Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.
* Interfering with or disrupting the Website or servers or networks connected to the Website.
3. Intellectual Property
a. Ownership: The Website and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by [Non-Profit Organization Name], its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
b. Limited License: IDRN Global grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Website for your own personal, non-commercial use. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the Website or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of the Website or its contents; any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. IDRN Global makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Website or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Website. You expressly agree that your use of the Website is at your sole risk.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall IDRN Global or its directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IDRN Global and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website or your breach of these Terms.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Website shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the United States of America, Texas.
8. Changes to Terms
IDRN Global reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. This site utilizes caching in order to facilitate a faster response time and better user experience. Caching potentially stores a duplicate copy of every web page that is on display on this site. All cache files are temporary, and are never accessed by any third party, except as necessary to obtain technical support from the cache plugin vendor. Cache files expire on a schedule set by the site administrator, but may easily be purged by the admin before their natural expiration, if necessary.
