A Personal connection request

You are welcome to accept or decline. There is no obligation. Accepting creates one Personal connection. Positive strengths are shared; a negative assessment is private to you and system admins. If you decline, only the IDRN administration team will be notified; no connection will be added.

This uses IDRN's existing −4 to +4 scale. Negative values indicate separation or difficulty, rather than closeness.
